Wine tasting for friends

Board Members of Friends of Exuma hosted a wine tasting event on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The event featured a wonderful spread of food by Vibe Catering, and wines from Bob and Jeanne Coughlin’s collection.

The event raised awareness for the mission of Friends of Exuma, with many “FoE” charity partners in attendance, such as Catherine Booker with the Elizabeth Harbour Partnership, Officer Burrows with the Exuma Community Youth Band, Michael Knowles with Skullers Rowing, and Nelson Ranger with the Ranger Tennis Program. Attendees got to hear a bit about the good work of each of these organizations.

At the event, a match was announced - for every dollar donated to Friends of Exuma between now and the end of January, an additional dollar will be given to Friends of Exuma’s Community Fund, as well as an additional dollar to the Harbour Fund. A great time to consider becoming a “friend” in support of Exuma happenings in areas of youth development, environmental conservation, culture and community relief.
